Job summary

ilani is seeking a PART-TIME Server Assistant to help our servers and enhance the dining experience at our Ridgefield location in Washington. You will clear dishes, reset tables, provide bread and water service, and assist with running food in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds, and be willing to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of server or server assistant experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support servers by clearing dishes and resetting tables.
• Deliver food/beverages and assist with bread, water, and condiments.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, and respond to requests professionally.
