Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Seattle is seeking a hard-working Server Assistant for our lobby bar, DRIFT. You will support the Food & Beverage team to help deliver a flawless dining experience for our guests.

The role requires a positive attitude, attentiveness to detail, and flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation; the company values service, teamwork, and respect for nature.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a 24-hour operation.
• Basic knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the F&B team to help deliver a flawless dining experience for guests.
• Assist in executing the guest dining experience at the lobby bar DRIFT, ensuring hospitality and service standards.

Passionate about curating the guest experience . Basic knowledgeable of Food and Beverage operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
