Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is hiring a Captain Assistant to support servers and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. You will assist Server Captains, coordinate with kitchen staff, and help maintain smooth service in a fast-paced resort environment.
