The One Group in Torrance, CA is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team and ensure tables are set, food is delivered efficiently, and guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized.
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
