Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant to support our dining team in South Carolina. You will welcome guests, manage waitlists and seating, and help deliver memorable hospitality by anticipating needs and assisting with service.

You will maintain a clean dining area, clear and reset tables, and work closely with teammates to ensure a smooth guest experience and adherence to safety standards. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression

• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
