Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in the United States is hiring Server Assistants for both full-time and part-time roles. You will be the friendly first impression, guiding guests through the dining room, seating guests, and assisting with reservations and to-go orders as needed.

We seek individuals who are genuinely hospitable, communicative, and dependable. You will join a team focused on guest satisfaction, flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, and member discounts in a welcoming, casual dining

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or 18+ if serving alcohol
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
• Experience in hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and greet guests warmly to create a welcoming first impression
• Assist guests with reservations, seating and to-go orders as needed
• Provide accurate wait times and directions within the restaurant to guests

Your role is to be the best "first and last impression" to everyone passing through our doors. It is essential to our restaurants success as you contribute to delivering a perfectly crafted experience every time with pride to our guests!

• "Set the stage" for an exceptional dining experience by guiding our guests safely and professionally through our dining room to their table while engaging in warm and friendly conversation
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction whether it be over the 'phone or in person. This may be in providing accurate wait times, directing guests to the restrooms, taking reservations, receiving to-go orders or answering questions.
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
