The Post Oak in Portland is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. You will help with food running, keeping tables and utensils clean, and supporting servers in a fast-paced dining room.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes are prepared according to spec.
• Maintain plates & utensils cleanliness.
• Use proper positions at the table; no food auctioning.
• Run food and assist pre-bus tables.
• Assist with Grab and Go orders when needed.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Assist servers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Food specialist- making sure that all dishes are according to spec.
• Ensure plates and utensils are are clean.
• Utilizing properpositions points at the table, no auctioning off food.
• Running food and helping pre-bus tables.
• Help ring in Orders for Grab and Go when needed.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with servers when needed.

Qualifications
