Job summary

Landry's in Portland is seeking a Server Assistant to support the dining team and ensure guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive. You will help with food running, maintain clean stations, and assist servers during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Food specialist- making sure that all dishes are according to spec.
• Ensure plates and utensils are are clean.
• Utilizing properpositions points at the table, no auctioning off food.
• Running food and helping pre-bus tables.
• Help ring in Orders for Grab and Go when needed.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with servers when needed.

Qualifications
