Red Lobster in Omaha, NE seeks a friendly Server Assistant to welcome guests, manage waitlists, seat guests, and support dining room service with a positive, guest-focused attitude.

You will help keep tables stocked, refill drinks, pre-buss, and ensure cleanliness while following safety standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within a family-minded hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
