Join the Drake’s team, now hiring all front of house positions including server, bartender and server’s assistant. We’re looking for dynamic personalities with a passion for guest satisfaction/hospitality. A great attitude and desire to be a part of a team. Food service or retail experience is preferred but not required. Basic food safety understanding is a plus.

A Barback/Server Assistant will:

1. Have a high degree of guest contact and be able to communicate guest requests to their server or bartender.
2. Commit to 100% guest satisfaction, 100% of the time.
3. Help pre-bus during the meal and clear and reset tables after guests have left.
4. Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area during service.
5. Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
6. Be a team player, lending a helping hand to fellow team members when needed.
7. Assist in tasks to ensure a clean and safe restaurant.
8. Lift and carry up to 30lb loads from one end of the building to the other.
