The Hillsboro Club Inc. in South Florida is seeking a Server Assistant to support the F&B Department at our luxury oceanfront property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality/restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service staff to ensure efficient and accurate meal service.
• Greet and seat guests, assist with menu recommendations and drink orders.
• Assist servers with food delivery and removal of dirty dishes.
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage refills as needed.
• Keep dining area clean and organized during service.
• Assist with side work and closing duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and provide exceptional service.

# Server Assistant## OverviewPosition TypeSeasonal## DescriptionThe Hillsboro Club, an exclusive oceanfront private residence club in South Florida, is seeking an experienced**Server Assistant** to support the F&B Department at our gorgeous property. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our club members and their guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. We are looking for someone with hospitality experience, and the passion to contribute to the continued success of our luxury property.*The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The ideal candidate for this role must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.*This is a seasonal full-time, hourly position with competitive compensation of $18 to $19 per hour, paid biweekly.
