Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Englewood, CO is seeking a Server Assistant to support the dining room and kitchen. You will assist servers, prepare and portion items, and ensure orders meet guests' expectations.

You’ll help track food times, stock tables, buss, offer drink recommendations, and assist with wine service to create an elevated guest experience. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant experience as a server or busser.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment and support a high level of guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen and dining room staff; support servers in the dining room.
• Check orders for accuracy and review with guests to meet expectations.
• Track food times, stock tables with items, buss tables, and suggest drinks.
• Decant and sell wine; provide table side service to enhance guest experience.
