Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing experience. Responsibilities include refilling, pre-bussing, turning tables, greeting guests, and taking drink orders while keeping dining areas clean and safe.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with focus on safety, clear communication with team and management, and flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet Guests and take drink orders.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guests' needs.

At Main Event, our Server Assistants support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

What Will You Be Doing Daily?

Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!) Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Position Requirements

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required
