Job summary

Stonebridge in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Server Assistant to support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked and organized. You will restock supplies, prepare garnishes, and help maintain a clean service area.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights/weekends. Prior bar or restaurant experience is preferred; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking all bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing bar tools and equipment.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure they are fresh and readily available for bartenders.
• Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverage preparation during peak hours.
• Remove and dispose of trash and empty bottles as needed throughout the shift.
• Ensure all beverage storage areas are well-organized and properly stocked.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar for service.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Bar Manager or Supervisor.
• Respond to bartender requests quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted service.

Job Summary:
