Job summary

World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL is seeking a part-time Server for AM & PM shifts at Stirrups. The ideal candidate has at least five years in food and beverage, preferably fine dining, and is polished in appearance and guest interaction.

You will explain menus, take orders for food and beverage, maintain tables, pour wine when needed, and help create a memorable guest experience. Weekend and holiday availability is required in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of food & beverage experience (fine dining experience preferred).
• Ability to take direction and learn new skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under moderate pressure.
• Available for weekends and all holidays.
