Holliday Farms Senior Living in Zionsville, IN is seeking a Part-Time Server to greet residents, support dining service, and maintain a welcoming, clean dining room environment. The role includes preparing tables, assisting residents with meals, and ensuring smooth service during shifts from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.

The position requires at least 16 years old, English proficiency, a positive attitude toward residents, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room, be present, mingle, and foster connections.
• Assist with meal service prep, table setup, and silverware organization.
• Bus tables and sweep floors to keep the community clean and welcoming.
• Communicate dietary changes or concerns to supervisors and Wellness.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday

4:30pm to 7:30pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
