Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking staff for the PM shift (3:30-7:30PM) to provide quick, efficient service of food and beverages to residents and guests in a respectful, cheerful manner.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided, and food safety instruction will be completed as needed. Strong English communication and basic computer skills for POS/payroll are required. You’ll work closely with teammates, maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary, although previous food service experience is preferred. We will train you.
• Go through food safety training to obtain/hold required licenses and certificates.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills are needed for POS system and payroll system.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders and communicate with kitchen; deliver food and beverages to residents/guests promptly.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Actively buss and reset tables and complete assigned side work.
