Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring servers who bring great guest service to a fast-paced sports bar environment. You’ll read Guests, make recommendations, and contribute to a lively, team-driven dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Prior service experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to work on foot for long periods.
• Must handle a fast-paced, high-intensity job setting.
• Demonstrates sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community and fun.

Responsibilities

GAMEDAY

You’re the “go-to” guy or gal with the knowledge and confidence to read your Guests and recommend just the thing to hit the spot.

REQUIRMENTS

• You are a minimum of 18 years of age
• You have prior service experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Must be able to work on foot for long periods of time
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-intensity job setting
• Heart of a competitor - Sportsmanship, Hustle, Spontaneity, Community, and Fun are all part of your player profile
• You know what it takes to create legendary experiences between friends and have exceptional guest service skills

WILL BE PROVIDED

• Food safety basic training
• Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Position training lasts a minimum of 9 days
