Compensation: Applebee’s® Server’s start at $6.75 per hour PLUS tips. We offer competitive wages, Daily Pay*, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a great career path. (Daily Pay is not available in California.)

Physical Standards:

Exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift.
Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Transport plates and other service items to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
Speak clearly and listen attentively.
Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift.
Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.

Daily Pay is exempt from such in California.
