Position Overview

Servers are personable and friendly individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and provide outstanding customer service by ensuring residents have a great experience at every breakfast, lunch, and dinner sitting.

Responsibilities

• Help with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup as part of the Culinary team.
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during mealtimes.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive meals and drinks in a timely manner to provide an excellent dining experience.
• Maintain the dining room to be service‑ready.
• Deep clean the kitchen on a monthly basis.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingly caring, organized, and able to multi‑task.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English with residents, families, guests, and other associates.
