Job summary

Sagora is hiring a part-time server at Elison Assisted Living of Bella Vita in Venice, FL. You will help with setup, meal prep, serving residents, and cleanup, ensuring timely food and beverage service for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents.

The ideal candidate is caring, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced dining environment, with strong English reading and writing skills to communicate with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families and staff.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Caring, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assist with meal prep, serve residents and clean up after meals.
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during mealtimes.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain dining room in service-ready condition and perform deep monthly kitchen cleaning.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.
