Job summary

Whiskey Joe's has sh ar ed its unique waterfront dining experience at our Florida locations since 1985. We are elevating our menu and plating for a polished upscale dining experience.

As a new Restaurant Server you will play a key role in delivering a 5-star guest experience at a vibrant beachside setting. Greet guests warmly, present menus, relay accurate orders to kitchen and bar, and maintain a fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Server in a full-service, fast paced restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
• Guide guests through the menu and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established service standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before delivering them to guests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.
