• Welcome guests and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Have a full understanding of the menu and be able to offer recommendations.
• Answer guest questions about menu items.
• Communicate effectively to the kitchen and bar.
• Recognize and resolve guest concerns while maintaining an elevated dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
