Job summary

Bricktown Brewery - Woodland Hills in Tulsa, OK is seeking energetic servers to join our team. Take orders, serve with care, and provide outstanding customer service in a lively brewery environment.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions with flexible scheduling, training, and employee discounts. Prior server experience is welcome but not required as we train the right person.

Qualifications

• Prior server experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Customer-focused, friendly and skilled in communication.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods while carrying items.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Take Accurate Orders: Ensure precision when taking food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve with Care: Deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
• Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Anticipate guests’ needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently, keep dining areas organized, and complete side work.
• Process Payments: Handle transactions smoothly, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Health & Safety Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
