Sheps/Salt LLC is seeking an experienced Server to join our team. The Server is the face of our restaurant and builds rapport with customers by answering questions about the menu, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining room and provide excellent service from greeting to payment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays.
