Job summary

Red Lobster, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic team members in Town of New Hartford, NY. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and are authorized to work in the country. Pay ranges from $10.70 to $25.00 per hour, with competitive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile.
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system.
• Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner.
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience.
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly
• Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
• Following all food safety standards
