Responsibilities

• Our Servers are key to creating an exceptional guest experience by providing a warm and friendly experience while being fast and efficient.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and wear the proper uniform; masks and gloves when required by regulations.
• Continuously clean high-touch points throughout the restaurant and in restrooms as part of assigned responsibilities.
• Support the dining room operations and ensure guest needs are met with a service-oriented approach.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
• Flexible and long hours required at times
• Ability to stand during the entire shift, exerting up to 40 pounds as needed
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining and kitchen area during the shift
• Ability to reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, bend below the waist
• Approach all encounters with guests in a friendly, socially distanced and service-oriented manner
• Maintain regular schedule in compliance with TooJay’s business levels and cleanliness standards per Covid-19 guidelines
