Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking diligent servers to create memorable guest experiences in a welcoming, family-style environment in Summerville, SC. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a focus on hospitality and accuracy.

Training begins on day one, with opportunities to grow within a friendly team. Employees enjoy weekly pay, health insurance eligibility on day one for full-time and part-time, vacation time, and development programs like PAR training,

Qualifications

• Create a great guest experience through friendly service and attentiveness.
• Work with a team to deliver hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage multiple tasks and station during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests at Cracker Barrel.
• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages.
• Handle multiple tables and tasks with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain the dining area and assist teammates as needed.
