Ted's Montana Grill is seeking friendly servers to join our on-site team in South Windsor, CT. We prize premium, polished and professional service and reward great hospitality with a strong tips-based pay and benefits.

As a server, you’ll deliver our Big Sky Moments by creating memorable experiences for guests, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a warm, authentic dining atmosphere.

SERVERS Ted's Montana Grill isn't your ordinary restaurant, so we aren't looking for ordinary people. While we’re Premium, Polished and Professional, we’re also Cool (known as 3 PC). We live by “The Big Sky Spirit” which is our cultural compass and is evident in everything that we do. Pay Rate Range: Tipped Minimum Wage Plus Tips; Averaging $26-$30/hr
