THE BASICS

Pay: Our Servers take home an average of $100 - $200/day! While you're first getting started, you earn $7.25/hour during your training period. Once you're able to work on your own, you earn $2.13/hour plus tips.

Schedule: We're hiring full- and part-time staff, so we can create a schedule that works for you! Ideally, we'd like candidates who want to work nights.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You're the face of our friendly IHOP restaurant who helps guests have an amazing time while dining with us. This is an entry-level serving position, and we'll train you on all you need to know! With a cheerful attitude, you take care of guests, bring them whatever they need, and encourage them to dine with us again. You clean tables, take care of side work, and work with your team to make every day (or night) magical!

REQUIREMENTS

No experience is required for this entry-level position; you just need to have a great attitude, a knack for customer service, and a team spirit. If that sounds like you, you could be the right fit for our restaurant!
