Job summary

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will guide guests through a curated menu of steaks, wines and spirits, using pairing suggestions to enhance each order.

We value a warm, outgoing personality and the ability to engage guests while maintaining impeccable service standards. Compensation includes tips and location-based earnings, with full benefits in eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of previous restaurant experience as a server.
• Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu, preferred.
• Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest recommendations based on food and wine pairing.
• Ensure orders are served accurately and promptly.
