Job summary

The Marshes of Skidaway Island is recruiting hospitality-focused servers to join our culinary team in Savannah. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving to residents, delivering attentive, welcoming dining experiences.

Pay is $16-$18 per hour, with a $1 weekend differential. Perks include free meals, free parking, an annual holiday bonus, scholarships, free uniforms, and comprehensive benefits after 90 days. This role typically ends by 8 pm, avoiding late nights.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Servers ensure our residents have an extraordinary dining experience by being attentive, anticipating their needs, and being genuinely interested in them.
• If you do not have fine dining experience, we will provide education to allow you to using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
