Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a personable server for Lynridge of San Antonio to join the Culinary team in a fast-paced, resident-centered dining setting. You will help with setup, meal service, and cleanup to ensure a great dining experience for residents.

The role requires excellent communication, a caring and organized approach, and the ability to multitask. English communication with residents and colleagues is essential; position is PRN and on-site at the community.

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Caring, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, meal prep, serving and cleanup as part of the Culinary team.
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during meals.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive meals and drinks in a timely manner.

What does a server do?

• Help with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup as part of the Culinary team
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during mealtimes
• Take orders and ensure residents receive their food and drink in a timely manner for an excellent dining experience
• Maintain the dining room to be service ready
• Perform deep cleaning of the kitchen on a monthly basis
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed
