Job summary

Hash Kitchen Salt Lake City is hiring a Server to create memorable guest experiences with a smile and top-notch service. You will work with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service, friendly interactions, and accurate order delivery in a fast-paced brunch setting.

You’ll be part of a buzzy brunch concept offering a high-tip potential, health/dental/vision benefits for qualifying employees, and ongoing hospitality training. This role emphasizes superb guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in the food industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to go the extra mile to create a great guest experience.
• Knowledgeable about Hash Kitchen menu and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Great our guests quickly and efficiently with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Explain menu items to guests, upsell and promote specials.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns.
• Assist Squad members with organizing, cleaning and dining area maintenance.
• Bus, sanitize, and set tables.
• Communicate with Kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

A Day In The Brunch Life

As a Server with Hash Kitchen, your fantastic smile and superb customer service will leave our Hash Kitchen guests satisfied and wanting to return time and time again! As a Server your primary responsibility is creating positive and memorable experiences for our guests. You will work closely with both front of the house and back of the house Squad members to ensure a seamless service experience.
