Job Overview

As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate their needs. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

Compensation

Physical Standards

• Exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds; transport plates, glasses, and baskets about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
