Job summary

Sagora Senior Living, Inc. is hiring a Server for one of our Round Rock communities offering independent living, assisted living, or memory care. You will support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, help with setup, dining room maintenance, and occasional meal delivery to resident apartments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, attentive demeanor.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents and colleagues.
• Caring, organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prep, serve, and clean up for meals on the culinary team.
• Collect dishes and utensils during mealtimes and keep the dining area ready.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive timely food and beverages.
• Maintain a service-ready dining room and assist with monthly deep clean of the kitchen.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.

Shift(s): A PRN associate generally not consistently works more than 24 hours per pay period. Is required to work at least one shift every 60 days to maintain PRN status.

What does a server at Sagora do?

• Being a Server on our Culinary team means helping with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during mealtimes
• Take orders and make sure residents receive their food and drink timely to have an excellent dining experience
• Maintain the dining room to be service ready
• Deep clean kitchen on a monthly basis
