Job summary

JTJ Restaurants, LLC - Taziki's in Rogers, Arkansas is looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Taziki's Team Members. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, understanding our menu and values, and maintaining health department standards during your shifts.

Ideal candidates will possess great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, and training will be provided for those without prior experience.

Your Role as a Taziki's Team Member

• Being a Taziki's ambassador to guests for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture
• Understanding and using POS (point of sale register)
• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift
• Performing shift side work, including opening and closing duties, this includes some cleaning
