Job summary

No. 303 Richmond, a modern day social club and private event space, is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join our team as a part-time role. Part of Schulte Hospitality Group, we value hospitality, respect, and authenticity, empowering associates with development and a robust benefits package.

Position includes seat-taking, order accuracy, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area. Daily Pay, health options, and 401(k) matching are among the perks offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure proper presentation and timely service.
• Check station for set-up and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Abide by liquor regulations regarding serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, present to guests and process payments.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverage to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure.
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accept payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
