True Food Kitchen is seeking friendly servers to welcome guests, take and enter orders accurately, and deliver meals with care in a fast-paced environment.

No restaurant experience is required—we’ll train you. We offer flexible shifts, dining discounts, health benefits, pet insurance, and volunteer time to support the communities we serve.

• Make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive
• Share our vibrant menu and help guests find their perfect dish

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist

Compensation

• Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips
• Location/state & shift dependent - Please refer to minimum and maximum hiring range for estimate of weekly earnings.
