Job summary

First Watch is a daytime dining concept serving made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch with a focus on hospitality and guest experience. As a server, you will guide guests through the menu, explain our Five Steps of Service, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience with genuine friendliness and expert knowledge.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service orientation and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

You are the ultimate multi-tasker and menu expert who enjoys juggling tableside responsibilities with genuine friendliness and expert food knowledge.
