Legend Senior Living is hiring a Server in Pratt, Kansas to join the culinary team. You will provide efficient and courteous service to residents and their guests during meals, contributing to the Gold Leaf Dining experience that defines our atmosphere and quality.

We offer a shift with no late-night hours and a flat hourly pay rate with no tips accepted, ensuring residents are protected. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a comprehensive perks package.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to residents and their guests in an elegant restaurant-style dining room
• Accurately taking, placing and serving food and beverage orders as requested
• Assisting with special requests whenever possible
• Monitoring the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature is maintained
• Clearing the tables, delivering soiled items to be cleaned, and resetting the table

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Server. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by providing efficient and courteous service to residents and their guests during meals. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.

• Hours: No more working late night hours, as our friendly residents like to eat early. Here you can truly have a satisfying work/life balance.
• Pay: Know what you're bringing home each day--Servers are paid a flat hourly rate and may not accept tips. This is to ensure residents are protected.
