Job summary

Watermark at the Pearl is seeking a part-time Dining Services team member to help create a positive dining experience for residents. Schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with additional hours available as needed.

No experience required—paid on-site training is provided, and there are opportunities for more hours and career growth. The role offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling via the Dayforce app, plus Dayforce Wallet access to earned wages before payday.

Responsibilities

• Support dining services team in meal service and resident interaction.
• Assist with food preparation, service, and station upkeep.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas and assist with setup and cleanup.
