Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Plainfield, IL is hiring servers who guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club, delivering warm, team-based service and memorable experiences.

Starting pay is $9.00 per hour plus tips, with benefits including health coverage, a 401k match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Prior server experience is preferred and we value teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age with six months of server experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining is preferred.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks with accuracy and care.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments efficiently.
• Educate guests about the Wine Club and its perks.
• Follow SOPs to ensure opening, mid-shift, or closing readiness.

How You Will Succeed

• Arrive on time, and in proper uniform standards

What You Will Bring

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program
• A passion for hospitality and working as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work on your feet up to 10 hours
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
