Job summary

Sagora Senior Living in Oxford, Mississippi is seeking personable servers to join our culinary team at Elison Assisted Living of Oxford. In this role you’ll help with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup to deliver a outstanding dining experience for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

You’ll collect dishes, take orders, and ensure timely service while keeping the dining room ready and safe.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Caring and patient with residents.
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy dining room.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Setup dining area, assist with meal prep, serve residents, and clean up after meals.
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during mealtimes.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive food and drinks timely.
• Maintain the dining room so it is service-ready at all times.
• Conduct deep cleaning of the kitchen on a monthly basis and deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.
