Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Orland Park, IL is hiring servers to welcome guests, present the menu, and answer questions about churrasco. You will take beverage and dessert orders and coordinate with churrasqueiros for meat requests, while maintaining a fast-paced service style.

Must be able to transport up to 25 lbs, stand long hours, and work on weekends and holidays. The position offers a fixed $9.00 hourly rate and eligible tips, with comprehensive benefits for full- and part-time teammates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting.
• Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions regarding menu items.
• Be prepared to answer questions regarding preparation methods and continuous table side serving.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and communicate special meat requests to the churrasqueiros.
• Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other servers in their areas when appropriate.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
