Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a friendly first and last impression; greet, make recommendations, and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain excellent communication with guests, staff, and dining room personnel.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods (up to four hours), mobility, reaching, bending, stooping and lifting up to 25 pounds, transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
• Use protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift, including frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap.
