Job summary

Workstream is hiring Servers for Applebee’s restaurants across the United States, Ohio. In this role, you will ensure that guests receive their food and beverages promptly while providing a friendly and engaging service. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry and be committed to maintaining an excellent dining atmosphere. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Server at Applebee’s, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages while accommodating guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner. Every interaction should reflect the Applebee’s Service Promise by making friendly, personal connections with guests, maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment, setting the pace with attentive service, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered quickly, and addressing any issues proactively to make things right.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
