Job summary

Spring Gardens Assisted Living North Ogden is seeking dedicated servers to join our resident-focused dining team. Under the Dining Supervisor, you’ll take orders, serve meals, maintain a clean dining room, and help with bussing and dishwashing as needed.

We value compassion for seniors, clear communication, and teamwork. High school diploma or equivalent is required; food handler's permit or ability to obtain one is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly.

• Help with bussing tables and washing dishes at the end of food service (where applicable).
• Reset tables for the next meal service.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Spring Gardens Senior Living.

Spring Gardens Assisted Living North Ogden , a beautiful senior living community , is seeking dedicated & motivated team members to join our team as Servers.

Under general supervision of the Dining Supervisor, the servers performs a variety of duties involving preparation and service of balanced meals to the residents of Spring Gardens. The Servers will possess a genuine interest in and concern for the food service industry and for geriatric, chronically ill and/or disabled persons. Must be able to communicate well and take direction to ensure top notch service to our residents.

As a Server in our community dining, you help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Our resident satisfaction starts with YOU!
