Job summary

The One Group in Florida is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional hospitality in a vibrant Vibe Dining environment. You will anticipate guest needs, provide expert menu recommendations, and ensure each guest leaves with a memorable experience.

This role supports a high‑volume, upscale setting; you must stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, EAP, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.

• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.

• Keep service areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests for their visit.

What You'll Do
