Job summary

LifeSpire of Virginia is seeking friendly servers to support our Newport News community, The Chesapeake. You will prep dining areas, deliver meals, and serve residents with care and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.

• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepping dining areas prior to meal service.
• Delivering meals to resident homes within the community.
• Plating and presenting food according to service guidelines.
• Greeting residents, reviewing menu items, and taking meal orders.
• Serving food and clearing tables efficiently.
• Following HACCP guidelines for safe food handling.
• Maintaining personal cleanliness and proper uniform standards.
• Demonstrating dependability in attendance and task completion.
